The majority of our home inspectors are ACI (ASHI Certified Inspector) however, due to the fact that this certification can take a few years to achieve, not all of our inspectors have achieved ACI status. If you would like to request an ASHI Certified Inspector for your inspection please make this request when you are booking your inspection (either through our website or over the phone with one of our office staff). Unless specifically requested, there is no guarantee that the inspector sent to your inspection with be an ASHI Certified Inspector.
