Ian Founded the company back in 2012 shortly after moving from Southern California. He used to run a small home improvement and remodeling business in Los Angeles for about seven years, which is what led him to make an easy and successful transition into the home inspection industry. He is a graduate of the American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT) and is a Virginia State Certified Home Inspector, Maryland State Licensed Home Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Inspector (CPI), ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), Sewer Scope Certified Inspector, Radon Measurement Specialist, New Residential Structure Licensed (NRS), Certified Residential Thermographer and has sat on the Board of Directors for the Nothern Virginia chapter of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Ian enjoys working with all of our clients, from experienced to first-time home buyers. He prides himself in engaging the client throughout the inspection and allowing the time spent at the home to be educational and fun.
