Jay is a Virginia Licensed Home Inspector, New Residential Structure (NRS), ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), and an AHIT- Certified Inspector (American Home Inspector Training Institute), who has completed the Virginia Professional Home Inspector Course. As a retired Marine after 20 years of active service, a homeowner, father, and current “boys mentor” at his church, Jay understands the importance of the attention to detail required during a home inspection and enjoys helping people learn how their home works.
