Safety Inspections: Are you or your tenants in a safe environment? 

Our safety inspections are designed to identify any safety issues that may be present in a residential or commercial property. This service is primarily designed for landlords, property management agencies, apartment complexes and the like, however, anyone is welcome to request a safety inspection. The inspection includes looking for trip hazards, operational smoke detectors,  operational carbon monoxide detectors,  gas leaks, proper appliance back drafting, locking exterior doors, safety-tempered glass where needed, Anti-Tip installed on kitchen range, scald hazards with water temperature, GFCI protection on receptacles and circuits where needed as well as any signs of overheating in the electric panel.
