We offer single item inspections for those that have a concern or question about their home  but may not need their entire home inspected. This service is commonly requested for needs such as checking the roof after a bad storm, checking repair work done by a contractor, or a new condition that has recently appeared (stain on the ceiling, water in the basement). The single item inspection is limited to one hour on site with an additional hourly rate if more than one hour is needed. A report is issued after the inspection that will include pictures and descriptions of the problems or concerns identified.
