Any questions, there is always someone to speak to in the office (Jenn is amazing) 3. Inspectors who actually call back and provide great explanations on every nuance of the inspection findings. 4. The quality of the reports is best I've seen. 5. Ease of scheduling when time is short. I was able to get an inspection scheduled for next day.

The best! HomeKey Inspections did the inspection for our new home and were FANTASTIC! They are responsive and easy to work with in terms of scheduling and payment. Additionally, they are super nice folks and explain things in an easy to understand manner (for those of us not in the home building/real-estate business). Pre-Drywall Inspection. Ian and his team were fantastic! From setting up the appointment to the actual inspection, top notch professional service all the way! Ian found a couple of major problems and a good amount of minor problems that our builder agreed to resolve 100%. Our builders Project Manager commented that HomeKey’s inspection report was one of the more comprehensive ones he's seen. We'll be calling HomeKey again for our final inspection.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I don't typically leave reviews, but the service from Ian has been particularly outstanding. We used him to inspect our home two years ago when we purchased it, have subsequently emailed him with some questions (he responded promptly and very thoroughly with no charge), and just had him out again for a single item inspection, including an area that was inaccessible at time of the original inspection. The service has consistently been prompt, thorough, professional, practical, and honest. Ian has a particular skill fit explaining things in a way that it's easy to understand and that make sense. He'll talk through options to fix things, including what he'd do if it were his own house. We have routinely received responses to inquiries after hours and they were particularly accommodating in working around our schedule for this most recent visit. Having HomeKey inspections look at your home is like having an encyclopedia that you can consult anytime something new pops up and you're unsure who to call/ what to do. I'm sure we'll call them a few more times in our home ownership journey. I trust them completely to give an honest, unbiased assessment which is backed by experience and facts.
